Why we started
Built around what the floor actually needs
We started CM Solutions after seeing how rental support surfaces are often handled on hospital floors: units that show their age, and staff left waiting on a callback.
So we built the company around the opposite. New equipment on a replacement schedule, a cleaning process you can read and verify, and owners who pick up the phone.
We rent one system today, on purpose. We would rather do one thing to a standard we can document than many things we can’t stand behind.

How we work
Six rules we don’t bend
- We answer every request, even when we can’t leave yet.You get a reply and a realistic arrival time right away.
- We never set therapy for a patient.We deliver, verify, and demonstrate. Your nurses decide the settings.
- We never deliver a unit with a broken seal.If a seal breaks before delivery, the unit goes back through the full cycle.
- We don’t leave a questionable unit behind.If a unit fails during setup, it comes back with us and another goes in.
- We describe our work exactly.Cleaned, disinfected, tested, and sealed. We don’t claim more than the process delivers.
- We keep records you can ask for.Every cleaning, test, delivery, and repair is logged against the unit’s ID.
